All glass once it is used or broken is no longer returnable. Returns must be within 24 hours of purchase and must be as it was purchased. This includes all packaging etc. Returns are for exchange only.

All vape units once used are not returnable for any reason due to the nature of the product. If the unit is defective within 90 days of purchase, you may exchange for the exact same item ONCE. Only the defective piece will be replaced. Your warranty continues from original date of purchase. All original packaging must be brought in for a defective exchange, for all serial numbers etc are on the packaging.

Due to Heath reasons there are no refunds or exchanges on E-juice, Cigarettes, Papers etc for any reason once they leave the store.
